A notary public is an official of integrity appointed by state government —typically by the secretary of state — to serve the public as an impartial witness in performing a variety of official fraud-deterrent acts related to the signing of important documents. What fees do you charge for your services?
No, we cannot as we are not attorneys. Only an attorney can offer legal advice.
We only certify the identities of the signers that we are notarizing. The document must be fully filled out once it’s brought to a Notary Public.
Current driver’s License or non-driver’s ID card issued by a U.S. State.
- Current U.S. Passport
- Current U.S. Military ID
- Current driver’s license issued in Mexico or Canada.
- Current foreign passport stamped by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
- Current inmate ID
An Acknowledgement is used to verify the identity of the signer and to confirm that they signed the document. They are not swearing to the truthfulness or validity of the document, they are simply acknowledging that they signed the document.
A Jurat is used when the signer is swearing to the content of the document. The notary must administer an oath or affirmation to the signer in order to complete the jurat. A jurat also requires that the signer signs in the presence of the notary.

- Person(s) whose signature is being notarized must personally appear before the notary.
- One of the following valid identifications
- Current or issued within the past 5 years) is required for each signer for notarization:
- Inmate ID card issued Department of corrections
- Two credible witness that personally know the signer in the case where the document signer lacks ID
- The credible witness cannot be named in the document
- The credible witness cannot have financial interest in the document
